This is why we don't want a TSA screener touching us or our children. Some are bunch of pedophiles. As noted in past blogs, TSA hires pedophiles and criminals. What a great job for them. They get paid to feel and steal. It's the best of both world for these derelicts.

(Philly) A passenger screener at Philadelphia International Airport is facing charges that he distributed more than 100 images of child pornography via Facebook, records show.

Federal agents also allege that Transportation Safety Administration Officer Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, who routinely searched airline passengers, uploaded explicit pictures of young girls to an Internet site on which he also posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform.

Homeland Security agents arrested the TSA officer March 24, and he is being held without bail.

Although the case was unsealed Thursday, neither the indictment nor the news release mentioned Gordon's job searching airline passengers for TSA.

The arrest comes as TSA grapples with several other incidents involving screeners, including a YouTube video posted last week by parents angry about the pat-down their 6-year-old daughter received at an airport in New Orleans. TSA officials said the pat-down was proper; the parents said the girl was "groped."

There is no reason to invoke Justin Bieber with politics because the demographic group that Justin attracts can't vote. So, what is the true intent of Congressman Christopher Murphy having deep feelings over this kid? Hmmm....

(NewsMax) HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — For a short time, they seemed so simpatico: the idealistic congressman, the teenage singing sensation, their shared disappointment in the U.S. health care system.

Now, though, Connecticut Democrat Christopher Murphy and Justin Bieber, the famously coiffed Pied Piper of love-struck girls worldwide, have parted ways philosophically over the Biebs' opposition to abortion.

Their split is less puzzling to some observers than the fact that Murphy, 37, a three-term U.S. representative, even invoked the pop star as a voice of authority in the first place.

Like many of today's flare-and-fizzle connections, their one-sided bromance played out electronically with a few Twitter messages and hashtags, or short phrases and words used to categorize posts according to their topics.

Murphy, who authors his own tweets, wrote Thursday morning: "Bieber on health care" and added the hashtag, "(hash)mycaseofbieberfever," plus a link to Bieber's comments in a recent Rolling Stone interview.

The Canadian-born singer called the U.S. health care system "evil" for the medical debt it places on some patients. But in the same interview, Bieber also mentioned his opposition to abortion, which he considers to be "like killing a baby."

Less than an hour after his first tweet about Bieber's health care concerns, Murphy was back on Twitter. His chagrined comment: "Oh wait ... just heard what Biebs said about abortion. Ugh."

Thus ended the brief affinity, though it's unclear whether Bieber even knew about it, between launching a world tour, appearing at the recent Grammy Awards, guest-starring on "CSI" and promoting his new movie. A representative for him did not immediately respond to an e-mail Friday seeking comment.

(Daily Mail) — A Muslim cleric, once decorated by Buckingham Palace, is facing jail after being convicted of ‘preying on’ and ‘abusing’ two boys at his mosque.

Mohammed Hanif Khan, 42, one of Britain’s most influential imams, became the first ever full-time Islamic minister in the history of the British prison service in 2001.

Highly respected, in 2004 he visited the Palace to receive a Butlers’ Trust Award from Princess Anne for his work in diversity.

Under his grand title of Sheik Mohammed Hanif Haqqani Kareemi he led prayers and gave Islamic education to boys.

But a two-week long trial at Nottingham Crown Court heard Hanif Khan used his position of power at the mosque in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, to terrify, intimidate and abuse the two young boys in 2009 — then aged 12 and 15.

After three days of deliberation a jury found him guilty of two counts of rape and one count of sexual activity with a child.

He was remanded in custody for sentencing at a later date.

A Bad Parent Would Allow a Pedophile Do This in Front of Them

Isn't that comforting to know? The TSA guy or girl feeling your "junk" could be a rapist or pedophile. Homeland Security did acknowledge some have pass through the system. There is no way to know if Department Homeland Security keeping their mouth shut.

However, those checks in the past have been less than thorough. For example, in 2004, the Department of Homeland Security (which includes TSA) released a report that stated that TSA had allowed some screeners to perform their duties before their criminal background checks were complete, and allowed others to continue working while problems with their background checks were resolved. Even if this problem no longer exists for current applicants and employees, a more serious problem may be that the current system of background checks may have allowed those convicted of rape and other sexually based offenses to join TSA.

The 2004 DHS report stated that federal regulations (49 CFR. § 1542.209) specified were 28 kinds of felony convictions that would have disqualified an applicant for a TSA screener position, including rapes or crimes involving aggravated sexual abuse, but only if those convictions had occurred in the previous 10 years. It implies that a person convicted of rape, attempted, child molestation, or similar crimes may not be required to report such convictions during their background check and may be allowed to perform pat-down searches on passengers
