Remember how people were saying that Japan was getting a lot fewer donations than Haiti did after its disastrous earthquake?�Well, Sandra Bullock has stepped up: she?s donated $1 million to Japan Disaster Relief.
The Red Cross announces that this is the first major celebrity donation (although celebs could have donated anonymously).
Sandra?s donation and Lady Gaga?s efforts are the only celebrity fund raising efforts I?ve heard of: have you heard of others? Between the quake itself and the problems with radiation, this is devastating for Japan.
