This rather charming picture by Fernand Lantoine (French, 1876-1955), Mothers with Children in a Village, oil on canvas, 47 3/16" x 47 3/16" sold recently at auction for a very reasonable USD 9,500. Some of Lantoine's work is Gauguin-esq, and this certainly fits into that category.
