This evening's chilled sake over ice made a heavenly aperitif. The product of this brewery is from Kyoto. We are often much amused by the frequent mispronunciation of the wine, including sarki. More correctly it should be sa-ké, with emphasis on the second syllable. But after several glasses not many people really care. Obviously.
These modest libations are a good way of soothing the furrowed brow after a few days of irritating Wifi installation.
