The saga to find Obama's birth certificate ends. It took the state attorney to come in and save Governor Abercombie from total embarrassment. Even though the state attorney says Obama has to give a prior consent to search for his birth certificate, there is one entity that supersedes that judgement call and it is called the US Constitution. In the final call, there is no Hawaiian birth certificate for Obama. Case close!
(Associated Press) HONOLULU (AP) -- Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie will end his quest to prove President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii because it's against state law to release private documents, his office said Friday.
State Attorney General David Louie told the governor he can't disclose an individual's birth documentation without a person's consent, Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said.
"There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document," said Dela Cruz. "Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president."
